Because we’re moving we have lots of bubble wrap hanging around the house, so I decided to do something fun with it (besides packing). So, I taped down a sheet of bubble wrap and gave J some paint and a brush.
The bubble wrap adds a really cool texture to the painting. He liked the texture so much that he painted his hands and ran them across the bubbles.
He used mainly white, so it wasn’t as colorful as I was hoping for. But, it’s not my painting. All that mattered was that J liked it.
I put the finished product on the window as a sun catcher. Now, J can look at his work anytime he wants.

Bubble wrap is so fun! I hope packing is going well x

That looks fun. I would be interested in seeing what it looks like when you use it as a stamp. I’m a new follower!

So much fun. Love it. Have been saving some bubble wrap to do this but haven’t gotten to it yet. Maybe today.

What a great idea and I think my youngest would love rubbing his painty hands on it.

I came across this post on Pinterest and couldn’t wait to try it with my son, unfortunately he just wasn’t into it. I ended up putting a little spin on it to get him to try painting bubble wrap and once he got going, he really liked it. This was alot of fun, thanks for sharing!
